Shipping Information »

Lone Star Quiltworks will ship your package using the most economical service for your location. Orders are shipped using the Unites States Postal Service (USPS) and occasionally United Parcel Service (UPS).   These services provide the ability to track the package in the US and a customs number outside the US. If you would like insurance on your package, please let us know and we will insure your package for an additional charge.

Patterns and other small items: If your order contains just one pattern or is another small item, we will use first class shipping and the minimum cost will be $3.00 for US shipping.

If you would like to place your order online and pick it up in the store, please let us know in the comment section of the ordering process.  If there was a shipping charge, this will be removed from your invoice when we process your order.

At Lone Star Quiltworks we are committed to your satisfaction and know that you will love your purchase as much as we do. We make every effort to be accurate, however we will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item, provided that you return them in the same state in which you received them (must not be washed or cut, no cigarette or other odors, etc). Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns must be received within two weeks of the shipping date of your order.

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied!  We have a 2-week return policy on items you are not satisfied with.  Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process.

If a product in an order is incorrect, damaged or missing please contact us within 2 weeks of receipt of your order so we can work with you to make it right.

Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us.  All returns must be in original condition and packaging.  

  1. No returns on cut fabric will be accepted.  Unless it was our error.
  2. No returns for patterns or books will be accepted due to our copyright protection policy.
  3. Returns of unopened notions will be accepted.  
  4. Exchanges will be considered for a like item, i.e.:  different color thread, different size thimble, etc., at the discretion of the shop management.
  5. Refunds for returned merchandise, or the balance due in the case of an exchange, will be provided in the form of store credit.
  6. NOTE:  No cash refunds on classes. See class policy.
